Welcome to Terri Welsh Architectural Design
TWAD creates environments that are responsive, adaptive, inviting and exciting. I believe that architecture and environments are deeply connected, and that each one has an influence and effect upon the other. I create modern but I have traditional values of aesthetics. I create buildings that stand out from the rest while fitting in harmoniously with the surrounding landscape.

We approach every project with excitement and enthusiasm, and are always seeking for new ways to educate ourselves about new products, innovative materials, exciting tools, and the latest building technologies.
Idea
I will take your brief and your ideas and turn them into a live project.
Design
I will guide you through the design process from inception to completion, dealing with the Local Authority and liaising with necessary consultants.
Techinical
Once the design has been agreed, I will prepare the technical details and specifications to gain Building Warrant approval and obtain tenders.
End Goal
To hand over your completed project for you to enjoy.
